COIL POLISHING

  • 3HEAD의 경우 #1, #2HEAD 는 바탕가공을 한 후 고운 MASCH SAND BELT로 마무리 가공합니다.
  • PRESSING 압력은 잔류치의 부하에 따라 조정합니다.
  • BASIC은 NO.4가공으로 하고 그 위에 COIL POLISHING작업을 하면 깨끄스한 H/L무늬를 얻을 수 있습니다.
  • SHEET 가공시에는 BACK ROLL과의 간격조정이 무엇보다 중요합니다.
  • For 3 Head, #1 and #2 Head are finished with #3 Head(fine Mash Sand Belt) after base machining.
  • The pressure is adjusted according to the load of the residual value.
  • Basic is No.4 machined (#1, #2) and if you apply Polising(#3) on top of it, you can get a clear Hair Line pattern.
  • When processing Sheet, it is most important to adjust the interval with Back Up Roll.
